We learn more about the brain-body connection almost daily and this valuable information can be life changing in caring for our mental and emotional health when it is translated into easily understood concepts and practical tools. Understanding how our brain and body works together and why they do what they do can be an empowering step in deepening self understanding and feeling more confident in addressing once confusing, overwhelming and frustrating experiences.
